FAQ

Junior camp is for ages 8-12 years old and Senior camp is for ages 12-21 years old; this is the age they must be in the month of camp (meaning their birthday must be before July 1st; NO EXCEPTIONS). If you are 12 years old you have the option of choosing which camp to attend or attending both! All camp staff must be at least 25 years of age in the month of camp (meaning your birthday must be before July 1st) unless married. No, campers are not allowed to stay anywhere besides the assigned dorms. Not off campus or with parents.
  • Can we check-in for camp later in the week? (Like if we can't be there starting Monday)
Yes, however the registration process and price this year is the same as if you would be there the entire week. If you do register but won't be checking in until later in the week, please contact our registrars so we can make note.
  • Can campers leave the campus?
No, once a camper leaves the campus they will not be allowed to come back on campus for the remainder of the camp. For security reasons, we cannot allow campers to leave and come back.
  • Will there be extra t-shirts to buy on-site?
All t-shirts must be bought and ordered with your registration or you may not get one. We cannot guarantee extras will be available for purchase unless you preorder one with your registration. The deadline to have all T-Shirt orders turned in is by May 26th!
  • How can I pay for my (or my church's) registration?
You can go ahead and register without a deposit and make payments towards your registration. During the registration process you can select credit/debit card or payment via cash/check. If you select cash/check the please contact us at youth@southcentralwpf.com for instructions on mailing your payment. If you pre-order a T-shirt, that must be paid for at the time of registration. All other balances just need to be paid prior to the check-in day of camp.
  • Can I bring my underage children with me to camp?
Yes! This year we have secured access to a building that can be dedicated to house mothers and underage children separately from other dorms however it is still ultimately the purpose and focus of our camp to ensure a Godly and fun environment for the campers and doing so requires staffers who are attentive and willing to help where needed. Most who register as camp staff (including all adult males) will need to stay in the college dorms with campers as counselors unless otherwise instructed. But families and youth workers with underage children can go ahead and register themselves and contact us directly to get their underage children registered. ALL children 4 years of age or older MUST be registered and paid for and have a completed waiver form on file.
  • Who all must register for camp?
